Changes and cancellations
Guests who cancel 60 or more days before check-in get 50% back. After that, their trip is non-refundable.
Any credit card processing fees incurred at the time of the original transaction are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the guest. In the event of a cancellation or other approved refund, the refund amount will be less any non-recoverable credit card processing fees.
