A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of your booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due prior to arrival as outlined in your reservation confirmation.
If you cancel 60 or more days before your scheduled check-in date, any payments made beyond the nonrefundable deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within 60 days of your scheduled check-in, all payments are nonrefundable.
If we are able to rebook the canceled dates for the same rental amount, we may, at our discretion, refund some or all of the amounts paid.
Credit Card Processing Fees
Credit card processing fees charged by our payment processor are nonrefundable. Any approved refund will be reduced by the amount of any non-recoverable processing fees incurred at the time of payment.
Need to Cancel?
If your travel plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. Although refunds are governed by the policy above, we will always do our best to work with you and may be able to offer alternative dates or other accommodations when circumstances allow.
If the final payment cannot be processed, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the guest to update the payment method. Failure to remit payment before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the initial deposit.
