We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach and close to the downtown area for restaurants and shops. The hot tub was a huge bonus and the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Check-in was simple, and the host was great with communication. We’d definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely perfect and felt like home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and it was super close to the beach. The hot tub was also clean and relaxing. Sherie was also super friendly and very responsive. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Thank you Sherie for hosting my family at your beautiful home. There were 6 adults and 3 children and your place fit all of us all comfortably. Each day we had a short walk to the beach with the kids . We walked up town and enjoyed some ice cream and shopping. Our favorite times were dinners at the big table and evenings in the hot tub . Also loved sitting on the front porch in morning with my coffee. Thank you for your quick response when I had questions and always being so kind with your answers. We had a great time and made great memories. We will be back.

We loved our stay at this lovely home. It was a great location for walking to the beach and to town. It was extra helpful that there were bikes and beach gear for our use. We biked a little each day. When we went to the beach it was an easy walk to a from. When you forget something it’s easy to go back and grab it. The back deck was lovely place for sitting out at night, but my favorite was quiet time on the front porch. It was such a lovely home and we hope we can return in the future.

This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 10 people. The main level has an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The Master Suite is on the main floor, it has an attached bathroom with a soaking tub. There is an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main level. The kitchen includes a coffee station with a Keurig coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, coffee pods, assorted teas, and hot chocolate. The kids will love the shaved ice machine, soda stream, and waffle cone maker. The kitchen has a blender, crockpot, pots and pans, baking sheets and dinnerware. Our new oven has an air fryer function with a large basket for healthy meals. We even provide basic seasonings for you to whip up a homemade meal for your family.
The main level also has a new large-capacity washer and dryer for your use. We provide bed linens, towels and beach towels for your use. To make your packing easier, we provide shampoo, body wash, body lotion as well.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Two of those bedrooms have a , while the third has two twin over full bunk beds.
The house has high-speed Wifi and a television in the living room, with access to streaming services.
For our younger guests, the home includes a Flyer wagon with a cover, pack and play, child plates and utensils (BPA Free), cups with lids and straws, and children’s toys and books. There are also board games, cards and crayons. The kids room has black out curtains for nap times.
The house has ample outdoor space including a front porch with seating for eight, back patio with a dining table, and a hot tub. The back yard also has a fire pit and grill. The hot tub accommodates 8 and has colorful lighting.
The garage houses 4 bikes on a bike stand which guests are free to borrow, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a wagon to cart the littles or beach stuff. There is a baseketball hoop as well in the drive way.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, we welcome service animals. There is a pet fee which is $100 per pet per stay.

The house is located on a quiet tree lined street, a block off Black River and a block and half from Lake Michigan Beach Access. Easy walk to the marina as well as downtown South Haven with its shops and restaurants, icecream, fudge and coffee places. Easy access to the Kal Haven trail for biking. 6 mins drive to Kids Corner. Easy drive to local wineries.
Contactless check in will utilize a personal code for the front door lock, which will be sent to you 1-2 days before arrival and will activate at 4 pm on the day of check-in.
The exterior of the home is monitored with security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or in the hot tub area.
