Sherie is a great host, she is very responsive and proactive to ensure your stay is perfect. The house is well stocked with everything that you could need and the game room kept both kids and adults entertained. The hot tub is a nice addition to soak in after a cold plunge in the lake. The absolute best part of the house is the dinning room table that allowed all of our guest to eat and play games together. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in North Michigan.

Sherie's place was perfect for our weekend celebration of my daughter's birthday. We hosted a group of her friends, and between the hot-tub, heated igloo, fire-pit, pool table, and ping pong, they had a lot to keep them busy and all had a great time. We cooked three large meals while we were there and the big dining room table was perfect for seating our group. Sherie was super responsive, allowed us to check in early, and made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, we would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful and relaxing stay for a group of girls up in TC for some wine tasting and fun. The lake house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. It was well stocked, with multiple coffee options including espresso, and even some thoughtful welcome treats. The clear dome on the deck was a wonderful touch; it was such a fun experience to sit inside while surrounded by snow. There were plenty of entertainment options as well, the pool table, ping pong table, and especially the Nex Playground games were our favorites. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even supported us through the winter storm during our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Traverse City area.

We had such an amazing stay at Sherie’s cottage on Long Lake. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed. You could tell a lot of care and thought went into making guests feel comfortable. Sherie was an incredible host—so kind, welcoming, and extremely responsive anytime we had a question. She was also super sweet and accommodating about our dogs staying with us, which meant a lot. We had an overall amazing stay with friends and made such great memories. We would absolutely recommend this cottage and would love to come back again!

We couldn’t ask for a better host in Sherie! She always responded to our questions and was very accommodating! The house was exactly as described. We used it for a family vacation and took full advantage of the kayaks, basketball hoop, fire pit, hot tub, etc. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with very thoughtful items to make our stay very comfortable. The location on Long Lake was very quiet and peaceful but a close enough drive to Traverse City to enjoy all that it has to offer. We would definitely book with Sherie again and have already recommended the house to our friends.

Great host, amazing place to stay for multiple people, 20-30 minutes away from Traverse City and all the highlights around TC (Sutton's Bay, Leland, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear, Empire, etc). Long Lake is clean, fairly quiet for a large lake, swimmable, and lots of beach/water activities at the house to do. Fire pit was a staple for our stay. Would definitely recommend for a large group of adults with kids and we will be staying here again in the future.
